Private vs visitor messages explained
Private messages often referred to as PM's or PM are just that..It's a private conversation between 2 people.
A visitor message is a little different. If you go to my profile http://www.worldclassbodybuilding.co...asskiller.html you'll see a reply or message box very much like our quick reply box that is at the bottom of any thread. This is for messages that are not supposed to be private.. While you have to manage each visitor meassage, by allowing them or disallowing them before other members can see them.. They still are meant to be public.. Like if someone helped you out.. You could say thanks.. That way when others click on that guys profile, the'll see that he has been very helpful.. or not to others.. Below is a screen capture of my profile and I will show you how to do each of the messages. First, you have to click on "SEND MESSAGES" and a drop down box will appear.. Not everyones will be the same. If you don't want people to email you.. then that will not appear.. If you have a Yahoo instant messenger account.. or an IRC.. whatever.. that will be listed providing you have it listed in your profile. I listed an AIM just so you could see.. No I no longer have any type of instant messenger.. EX #1 Visitor message Remember.. these are for messages that are not private and you want others to see. Ex #2 These are the private messages.. when clciked on, it will take to to a different screen Ex #3 this is when you want to take it off the board to email.. This again will take you to a different screen and will aloow you to email the person.. Providing that they have allowed to be contacted via email

I guess it means that I can't write something like "~R~F~G~ is hot" or "Big K has a sexy voice" in a visitor's message without the whole board knowing about it

hey boys just started a cycle of anavrol 50mg caps.was wondering how long it takes to kick in.ive been on them now 1 week at 50mg a day.im 42 5"8 210 lbs benn lifting for 6 months now 5 days aweek and never done anything before ....thanks
