Trainin' for big sho win march 2010:)

Ok, here it is, my writin'.
2day i did my chest nad trics for 3 sets and they hurt and i now wieght in at 107bls and also lost some more fat, yea,. Here was my workout for 2day

cable crossover 3 set to failuar
tric robe pull downs 3 set to failuar

flat bench with dumbells
1st set with 35bls till faiular
2nd set with 25bls till failuar
last set with 15 till fauilar


machine weight push downs, 3 set till failuar

hammer strenght sittin' behch press inclne, 3 sets till failuar


and more working out, can't remember the rest, so for now i'm bulkin' up and in jan 2010 start cuttin' more
did ran around the track for 5 times(5 mins) and did cardio for 15, plus i rode my bike uptownfor 45 mins. More later love yall

yep, it helps me to grow more and fast plus adding swimming annd biking to my trainin' is a bit nuts, yet it works

UPDATE, i done legs thurdayday and arms friday ad i'm doin' fine go the food i needed which is, great tastin. Ezekeil bread and pasta wiht no flour what so ever, yum, i now weight in at 172bls and all muscle and losin' more fat, yea!!!!!!!!!!!

my works out i can never tell, yet i still do 3 sets till fauler, ok still can't spell rite, yall
this past thursday leg work out was this

3 sets of squats to failuar

leg extetion. 1st set 160bls till failuar, 2nd set 130bls till fairuar, 3rd set 90 till failuar

laying leg curls 3 set till failuar

lunges walking wiht a 45bls bar from one side of the gym to the other and back,ouch!!!, ran the track and then cruchies. that was a day more on monday love yall and agai i give Jesus all the Gkory for this

innies 3 sets till failuar
outties 3 sets till failaur

leg presses 3 sets to failuar

2day i did my legs as i did last thursday and they don't hurt as bad and i did my shoulders, and 2morrow i'l do my back and bics and trics to make up for thuesday and wed. Shold be fun,a d i wieght in is now 173bls, yea, i want to get to no higher then 190 before the end of this month and then star cuttin' down, yea fun and jesus gets all the glory for it as always pus i lost more waist line, yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't be able to hit the gym twice a day like I used to before.

update, legs will be done 2morrow and i did my bics and trics and my chest yesertday and tuesday i did my back and monday i did my shoulder and yall, i eat eggs and waffles for my 3rd meal and worked it all off and yea!!!!!!!! i weighted in at 174bls with my boots on and wihtout my botts, 172bls still
got my createin on tuesday and still have my whey proteina nnd just hittin' the gym. so in jan 2010 2xs a day till the time of show and i'll let yall know what show as time goes on and i thx yall for reading

well this week has been a break for me and next week i'll be hittin'; the gym and i can't wait, so while i was out of the gym this week, i did do my cruchies and push-ups and rode my bike so i think i lost more of my waist line and grew more trap muscle and more muscle every where else, cool

Update, trainin' for show in march 2010 is goin' great and i now weihgt in at 175bls, and wikk start to hit the gym next week 2xs a day, crazy huh, yet it will work
