Thx yall, and old, i wish my legs looked like urs
ad 2day i hit the h20 like a fish and it was fun, and i did my back 2day and 2morrow, i don't know yet, i guess i know when i get there, benn runnin' the track at the gym and crunich like crazy, tummy gettin' falter, yea!!!!! Losin' more fat in the thigh area, by squeezin, mt self silly,,yet fun. , sorry no pics of me from this year yet, no phone wiht camra yet. More 2morrow yall, till then be very blesses and thx again for readin' love yall

UPDATE YALL, I DID MY LEGS 2DAY AND SWAM LIKE A FISH, AND ATE GREASY FOOD, YUM, AND BACK TO HEALTH EAT LATER 2DAY. NEXT WEEK I MAY TAKE OFF FOR MY MUSCLE TO GROW, DON'T KNOW YET, HAVE TO FINISH PAYIN' MY BILL FOR THE GYM 1ST AND I WILL IN JESUS' NAME
SO JUST NOW RESTIN' OVER THE WEEKEND, YEA. STILL HOLDIN' AT 170BLS. COOL YET I NEED TO BE BIGGER AND MEANER, (JUST JOKIN' ABOUT BEING MEANER, LOLOL) AND AS ALWAYS JESUS GET'S ALL THE GLORY FOR WHAT I DO AND HIM BLESSIN; ME TO DO THIS, YEA!!!!!!! AND AGAIN I THX YALL FOR READIN'

Update
i've took a week off to rest and will be back in the gym next week i have 2 shows in march, crazy huhu??? now i still do my push-ups and crunchies and eatin' rite just a fast update to yall who r restin' and i thx yall for that and again i give Jesus all the glory for it and blessin' me to be a blessin; to other as i ministrer The Only, True, Lliving Word Of Jesus to others and show Him as i train hard, pose on stage this year, yea!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, yall i'm back in the gym and did my back 2day and took last week off due to needed some rest and grew more, yea!!!!!!!!!! So i weigth in 2day at 172bls with out my boots on and with my boots and clothes 174bls, crazy huhu, yet i'm lossin' more if my pugh i had for a long time and now it's goin' aways more and more, and i like what i see and i give Jesus glory for it, yea!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on feb. 12, 2010:)
Hey yall, i;m back wiht an update, for yall who have bren reaidn my journal and again i thc yall very much
![]() well yesterday i sis my shouklders and 2day i did my bics and trics.a nd they hurt,ouch, lolo, yet they r grown' glory tto god in Jesus' name !!!! well last nite i wnet to church to did the weight room, in which we have at the church, Jesus blessed me with and i did a fast over work out of my bod, i did my back with one arm row with a 65bls weight and benched flat with 25bls plates on each side, leg press 3 45bls on each side till i just stopped 2day i did my bics and trics, and i know i'l be fellin' them in the morning. Plus i think i'll watch pumpin' iron again 2nite, cool vid, i like more next week, and i did bike monday, tuesday and wedsnday, and breaked for the bike thursday and 2day, yet back on the bike on monday yet it's all and i'm losin' the bf and growin. More muscle, yea!!! Love yall

I'M NOW AT 172BLS YALL AND, YEA!!!! GROWIN' SO I WENT FROM 168BLS TO 172BLS, SO I GROW 5BLS OF MUSCLE, FUN
GLORY TO GOD IN JESUS' NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT WEEK WHEN I WEIGHT IN NEXT WEEK, TRAININ' HARD AND EATIN' LIKE CRAZYMY MEALS FOR 2DAY 1ST MEAL 4:26AM PB AND J ON ZEKIEL BREAD PRE -WORK OUT SNACK 5:49AM SWEET TATOR CHIPS AS I HIT THE WEIGHT 2DAY WORK OUT FROM 6:25AM TO 7:40AM DRANK MY WORK OUT DRINK HAS WHEY PROTEIN AND CREATIN 2ND MEAL 7:45AM ANOTHER PB AND J ON EZEKIEL BREAD 3RD MEAL 10AM FRENCH TOAST WIHT EZEKIEL BREAD, 6 EGGS AND TURKY BACON 4TH MEAL 1:30PM RICE CRISPIS CEREAL WITH MY WHEY PROTEIN AND CREATIN 5TH MEAL ABOUT 4:50 OR 5PM RICE PASTA WITH BROCILI, CHICKEN DOG WITH APPLE IN THE HOT DOG AND PORKIN' BEANS YUM ![]() THE MY LAST MEAL OF THE DAY 6TH MEAL CEREAL AGAIN JUST WITH MY WHEY PROTEIN CRAZY EATIN' HUHU ![]() GLORY TO GOD IN JESUS' NAME!!!
