hello i'm back, now i'm an old newbie
hello everyone, i've decided to get back in the game after about a 5 year layoff. and no i'm not starting a cycle right now. need some good solid lifting for quite awhile. good to see some familiar faces. bass is a knowledge source like no other and this is the best board around.

yeah i've been doing some reading and everything has changed. between my head being bashed from a motorcycle accident five years ago and the narcotic addiction that followed, there is a lot more learning to do and so many new things to research. and no i'm not on anything, i kicked my addiction to the curb so no pm's concerning any illegal substance. thanks
