got a question
first I hope I dont get in trouble for posting in here ,.
I am training a girl that before she met me, she dropped 120lbs in less than a year on her own. She now has loose skin dangling when she lifts her arms. Is there any way to get that skin its elastisity back where its snug again ? Now when I met her wich was 3 months ago, I told her about my history with weights ect and I helped alot of people get back into shape or build muscle. So she was interested in me coaching / training her since she hit a platoue, and hasnt dropped a lb in 3 months. And believe me she was trying hard. Since ive been with her in the gym just over 6 weeks, shes dropped 8 lbs and looking thiner in areas she wants and is getting stronger and all that. So im doing a decent job I think. But how is she going to get rid of the loose skin with out plastic surgery ? I got her on fish oil and eating more fish for the omega's to help but is there anything else that would do the trick a little faster ? Not looking for somthing to work in a month, but somthing that will look like its working in a decent speed. I hope she will have a tighter figure before spring hits so she can wear tank tops or short sleevs. right now she wont wear anything like that and is always in a hoodie nomatter how hot it is in or outside. Every person who loses weight too quickly faces the loose skin issue. The thing to do is to shed the lbs steadily while doing cardio and lifting weights to tone up.

thats what I thought. I know it will shrink up a bit , but not much .

Just like everyone else said, lifting weights would help, but it won't take all Of it away at all..

It seems to be tightening up a bit with diet and training. now our next goal is to fill in the " slack " with more muscle.
So it looks like I have a nice project going on here

I was in a a situation like yours,. someone came to me who wanted me train them to lose all the extra skin from the weight they lost.
you need surgery to tighten up the skin again and THEN ENXERCISE to perfectly smooth it out. See if you can get a connection with a plastic surgerion, this way you get a cut everytime you send a girl there.
