Bench shirts
hey guys I need some opinions on how you should choose the right size shirt - I know guys who get measured but I dont have the resources for that custom stuff - what does everyone do when they order a new shirt? I need some guidance here

Most places you order from have sizing charts, but for me it has always been a gamble. I usually have to send it back at least once.

Best advice... find someone that is familiar with them and get them to help you, in person. Chances are you will have to send them back atleast once.
Reason I say this is because the first time you actually get in it... your not gonna believe that its correct lol. You will want verification from someone that knows. Reach out to a local PL'ing gym. |

thats been a p[art of the problem - we have many state champs here and they dont even seem to know which is the right way to go about it - one has it custom measured - the rest play the order and return game - I have even read where one of the world champs on line says order it one size smaller than your regular shirt size - its al;l confusing to me

I don't know what kind of shirt u want, but fastest service out there and will exchange easily is ken anderson out of texas. He deals with titan shirts and suits. Don't have the # for him but just google anderson powerlifting.

I havent worn one for years - not since the old single ply version which was not much more than a compression shirt LOL
problem is I am around a lot of guys who want to be gurus - but they are not good examples of that - I guess the secret would be to get measured by the maker? I am sure the big guys like Mendelson do so

Oh yeah the big boy's get custom fit. But if you order one you can call and they will tell you how to measure for them. And custom make it by your measurements. The last one I orderd was an Inzer Blast Shirt.

Titan Bench Shirts - Powerlifting Bench Shirt - IPF Approved
titan gives you a form to fill out for measurements. Inzer Advance Designs: Bench Shirts inzer offers a little window to click and check for meaurements. you may have to send the 1st one back but they are probablly used to it.
