Knees can't sustain 250.

Been at the 250 mark for about 3 weeks. Going from 247 to 253. I took last week off to see and the knees are no better. Worse if anything. This sucks. I wanted to hit 260 and spend the summer @ 240. It's not in the cards. Gonna drop 10 and see how I feel. I guess I can't complain to much. How many 43 year olds are 250 and have visible abs.

Weight gain is a bitch... I know I went from 170 - 220 over night. Then 220 - 240, 240 - 260, 260 - 280 then it was like 280 - 310 and then 310 - 335.

260 - 285 or so was the worst jump for my joints.

I am down to 291 right now and going to continue to drop and my joints already feel much better.

I'm not that heavy nor have visible abs but have seen some issues with extra weight on. At 228 I felt heavy. Prefer to be around 210. May be looking at dropping to 184 for PL comp. Hard to say though. Future and time will tell!

The heaviest I've ever been was 240....pretty solid at the time too. I had trouble breathing at night and took it down to 225 and felt much better.

I hate to say it but it seems to me that some people just aren't meant to carry massive amounts of weight , even if it is lean tissue.

Ya. Your right alpine. My sleeping is non existant my wife constantly wakes me up telling me to breath. I am winded easily and my energy level is in the toilet. Time to cut back on the junk and start cutting and stay in lean mode. I may switch back to timed carb. I like that diet.

With my frame I could carry 350+ I just dont want to anymore... Its more trouble than its worth IMO. If I wanted to be poor and make Strongman a career then 350+ is what it would be..

Ya. Putting on the boots takes a few attempts. I have to come up for air. Haha.

The only time I'm comfortable is when I first get in bed.

Ya know after cutting from 210 to 190 it feels great. Cardio for 30-45 min after workouts is easy. I miss the weight but look and feel better.
