L-Tyrosine - Tyrosine is needed by your body to produce certain hormones, and these include epinephrine and norepinephrine, as well as the hormones produced by your thyroid gland including thyroxine. 10. Isoleucine - Isoleucine is another one of the branched chain amino acids. This nutrient helps your body to maintain muscle tissue and to repair any damage to these tissues.
