Cross Fit?
any of you guys try cross fit? My little brother has gotten huge and shredded. He's a die hard cross fit guy and is also a cross fit trainer. he does the cross fit olympics too.
I was just curious if cross fit is moving into our streams? |

I don't see how he could get huge doing crossfit, but it could definitley help in getting shredded. I usually do crossfit on my off weight training days. The workouts are challenging as hell and get your heart rate way up there. Definitely has helped me drop some fat and totally stoked my aerobic capabilities. Don't think I could ever do it as only form of workout cuz would lose too much mass but think its perfect as complement to weight training

Peoples perception of the word "huge" varies greatly... lol.
I have seen some of the guys that do crossfit olympics. 5'8 - 5'10, 180 - 205 maybe? Far from huge lol.. but its defiantely impressive. |

I have done some of the workouts. I always seem to overtax my CNS and throw up all over and injure my back so badly I can barely get out of bed the next day. Not for me.

I agree with genetic. While they are a good form of cardio, they not only lead you to over train quickly, you just can't get big doing those workouts. If you do the workout of the day as your only workout, you might as well go buy some small t-shirts too.
