wrist pain

when doing squats do any of you use anything to hold the bar...Lately I have been useing some wrist wraps with little effect, I flex my traps I do squats with a wide stance and the bar lower on my back serious shit i feel like the weight is going to rip my f*&ing hands off, but when I bring the weight higher up on my shoulders it doesn't hurt my wrist but it messes with my center of gravity and makes me top heavy and cause me to lean forward a very bad thing when you have 795 sitting on you.

I was going to give this cissus a try thinking it may be my joints...Any ideas

You need good wraps like APT's and some glucosamine/chondroitin - even if that supplement didn't do anything for me.

I have apt wraps might need heavier ones or I was jsut thinking about strength conditioning, the other thing I failed to mention is that I have come down in bf% and it seems when ever I do I am prone to ache and pain I normally didn't get

That is correct, at a higher bodyfat you can lift more with less pain. Try lifting at a lower plate weight and work back up to your current level. I hope this helps.

Krampus is on a distinguished road
Try moving your grip out, I used to squat with a shoulder width grip, It killed my wrists and shoulders. I hold the bar all the way at the end now. This will take some practice.

I have wrist pain sometimes after a heavy workout ... or too much computer. It seems that my joints cannot handle the heavy workoad or something. As I said I tried supplements like msm but they don't act as fast as I'd like to.
