I am like GF, but not anymore. I have to really watch it.

Low cal foods are great. One of my fav snacks is carrot sticks and hummus. A small handful of almonds or pistachios, an apple or a small container of low sugar greek yogurt, a rice cake with a smear of natty peanut butter, these are a few I consume.

The big thing is make sure your snacks do NOT have a lot of sugar or calories.
