DAY 11

yesterdays cals were 2780.... that brat and sauerkraut kinda tipped the scales... but it was opening day......

elyptical 5 min warm up...into... 15 min intervals

full squats.... 250 x 10 x 2, 300 x 4, 335 x 2
blocked calve raise... 150 x 10 x 2, 175 x 4, 200 x 2
walking DB lunges, 40's x 20 x 2, 50's x 10, 60's x 10
deads 240 x 10 x 2, 275 x 4, 300 x 2

roman chair knee lifts 10 each plane x 3

added weight to two lifts, knees feel crinkly but held up....didn't go to the brace so thats a mental victory... felt strong.... starting to feel that halo type of fullness but a "contentment" with the longer lasting "pumped" feel... no sides to speak of, liking that the liver support and a test booster are in the cap....I feel good!

Drinking non stop... this seems to help.... flushing has disappeared... the slight head achy early feel is gone... hydration is key.....noticed today that forearms are looking vascular from the grip during lunges...
