Started using it on heavy training days.

Really seems to help with recovery and I am noticing slow steady strength gains. Also more reps and if I take it before high intensity training it allows me to go longer and harder.

I do worry about my lipids Glyco. I have genetically high LDL but my HDL is normally high from all the cardio I do. (Only do weights 1-2 times a week.) It does drop HDL but not too much. Still it does leave me with an unfavorable lipid ratio. But not more than 4:1.
