if the carbs are not called fiber then they are in question. you would have to know what you are eating. like i said if it is processed wheat it is as bad as sugar. so pasta or bread etc. if you eat whole grains it still has the same carbs in it but in that form the glycemic index becomes lower. is that right a1?
