1/4 cup peppers
1/4 cup onions
1 sandwich thin
1 tsp butter

Total calories 2097

Protein - 166.1g - 31%
Carbs - 174.3g - 32%
Fats - 88.7g - 37%

That's a bit off kilter. But my total calories consumed are my bigger concern at this point. My budget is 1700 to 2000. I'm down 4.5 pounds in 5 days. If that amount of weight is consistent I will add calories. 250 to 500 to slow down the weight loss. Like to level off at 2 pouunds a week max. As I get looking close to how I want I'll tighten up the macros.
