Yesterdays meals

30 gram protein shake
3 eggs scrambled, whole wheat bagel, lite cream cheese
5 oz tuna salad, tomato, cracked wheat baguette
6 oz chicken breast, lemon garlic aioli, basmati rice, tamarind chutney
2 brats, siracha baked beans, grilled tomatoes, potato salad

misc. blood orange buerre blanc, Chantilly cream, quail egg , opakapaka.

30 min elliptical set hills on level 3 of 10

standard planks 5 x 2 min
Ham curls, 100 x 20 x 2, 120 x 15 x 2
BB calf raises 100 x 25 x 2, 125 x 15 x 2
Squats, went light 150x20, 160 x 12, 170x 8

knee felt funny during the warm up so I took out the lunges this morning, wanted to be stable over the knee, hasn't gotten better thinking of going to see the ortho. All leg work was done in my old brace with the metal stays..... sucks to feel I need that thing again
