Faster Metabolism = More Fat Burned
they say that when you eat food your metabolism momentarily increases, so the more often you eat the allowed foods the less chance your metabolism has to slow down. So, how many snack should one eat per day? How do you space your snacks and supplementation? What are these allowed foods?

Depends on the person. I used to eat oreos and donuts 6 times a day and never gained a pound.

I am like GF, but not anymore. I have to really watch it.
Low cal foods are great. One of my fav snacks is carrot sticks and hummus. A small handful of almonds or pistachios, an apple or a small container of low sugar greek yogurt, a rice cake with a smear of natty peanut butter, these are a few I consume. The big thing is make sure your snacks do NOT have a lot of sugar or calories.

When I am eating clean and trying to gain weight, I eat every 2 hours... either liquid or solid, i take something in at least every 2 hours.

Sugar peas. Carrots. And strawberry flavoured egg whites are the current snack of choice between meals. I just go by feel and nothing regimental. If I need a bite I do

I snacked all day every day and got fat. I finally figured out the problem, I wasn’t exercising! Go figure...

Haha that’s why I still kick my ass in the gym so those weekends cheats (pizza, dirty breaky, and a box of Oreos) don’t effect me to much
