Check My Diet

In an effort to continue the self improvement phase.... I am wanting to get back on my diet and cut some weight. I am wanting to drop 25 pounds and end up around 275 lean. Right now, the only fat I carry is right around the gut (old man syndrome). I am trying to cut fat but keep as much mass as possible.

Right now, I am on 325/wk of Test E and 3ius of HGH per day. I was planning on going to 5ius in another week or so. I don't want to add in a bunch of chems because I am not looking to get bigger, just lean out and see where I am at that point.

I got my ratios to 50/20/30 Protein/Carbs/Fat and I dropped it 400 calories from the BMR calculator I used. I want to do this diet for 2-3 weeks and then slowly take 400 calories out and repeat.

I plan on continuing to train 5-6 days per week and I really don't do cardio. I do double and triple sets with no rest so a basic circuit pattern.

Any suggestions or ideas are welcome. I am really wanting to get this right.


If anyone wants the spreadsheet I built just ask.
