I have still been working out 3-4 times a week, but they have been light workouts. I turned it up today and felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Not really, but it took a while to recover.

Squat clean and press
135x10
145x5
155x5
165x5
175x5

I did a set of 10 burpees between sets. The only break was loading the bar up. I wanted to get up to 185, but I did not want to push it.

Clean and press is probably the best compound exercise overall.

I was MG. I do not have regular television anymore. Everything is streaming, so no more commercials... It is bitter-sweet.

10 sets of 20 dumbbell presses with 45lbs off of physio ball. The ball helps, as it helps vary the incline and you get a little core work. I would like to go with more weight, but I get a little nervous even with the 45lbs. I am afraid the ball is going to pop. In between each set of dumbbell presses I did 5 pull-ups.

I used to use the ball at my old gym. Really makes your stabilizers work and all the angles you can hit are great.
