I didn't do anything while in London except going for walks. This morning I did 9 kilometers on the treadmill (barefoot ouch ...),

Neck is still bothering me (waking me up at night sometimes). I wonder if it's sleep/bed related.

Easier said than done. But I worked this morning and it kept me pretty busy. I forwarded the CT scan reference to GG, I'm sure he will study the images and get back to me. He is the best!
