Nice work MG! Do you go to the spa and get therapeutic massages? I had always told my wife I would never do one. We did a couples massage this year for our anniversary and now I am hooked. Those things are awesome! Get a massage this weekend MG.

There is a spa not far from home but I prefer going to the physiotherapist or manual therapist for a good massage.
I had an 8 hours night sleep (I usually sleep 6 hours max) and when for a 10 kilometers walk when I woke up. The weather was perfect.
I did a bit of shopping this afternoon and bought a pair of Brooks.
