Actually been doing a lot of cardio lately and here is today's cardio:

4 sets 15 reps box jump x burpees
4 sets 15 reps burpees x plank jacks
4 sets 15 reps battle ropes x burpees
4 sets 15 reps battle rope jacks x burpees
15 minutes on stationary bike

Monitoring heart rate is an indicator of how hard you are actually working, there is an optimum range to keep the beats per minute in to maximize your efforts.
