Friday -

Usually go out to lunch on Friday. But I'm going to stay strict and save my cheat this week for the weekend. IHOP has ayce pancakes. Lol.

Breakfast - 325 calories

1 serving cream of wheat
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp butter
1 tsp blackberry fruit spread

Snack 1 -320 calories

Whole Wheat wrap (small)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp blackberry spread
1 cup almond milk

Lunch - 770 calories

4oz Barilla plus pasta
5.75oz ground beef

Snack - 243 calories

4oz Chicken breast
1 cup pineapple


Dinner - 506 calories

3/4 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1.5 oz cheese
1/4 cup peppers
1/4 cup onions
1 sandwich thin
1 tsp butter

Total calories 2097

Protein - 166.1g - 31%
Carbs - 174.3g - 32%
Fats - 88.7g - 37%

That's a bit off kilter. But my total calories consumed are my bigger concern at this point. My budget is 1700 to 2000. I'm down 4.5 pounds in 5 days. If that amount of weight is consistent I will add calories. 250 to 500 to slow down the weight loss. Like to level off at 2 pouunds a week max. As I get looking close to how I want I'll tighten up the macros.

Thanks Brother.... You guys replying really help push me that extra mile. I'm excited to be back in my groove and not in a rut. Getting ready to go do legs. Then my cheat meal. Then I'll likely go carb free the rest of the day. Possibly the weekend. I'll post up everything. I'll try to get a calorie count on my cheat.

Leg day.

Leg Press.

115 x 15
205 x 10
295 x 10
385 x 10
475 x 10
565 x 8

I did calf raises in between each of those set on the leg press. 12 reps each set.

Hack squat

135 x 3 sets of 8

Leg extensions

85 x 3 sets of 12. Slow and tight.

Seated hamstring curls

100 x 3 sets of 10 slow and tight

Standing calf raises

250 x 3 sets of 12. Long stretch, tight squeeze...

That's gonna leave a mark.

Cardio.

Raised the incline from 2 to 3 and speed to 3.2 from 3. 60 minutes. Soaked when I was done. Amazing the difference that small made.

Dilemma is to have a cheat meal or not.

Brunch was IHOP all you can eat pancakes. They have the calories listed. Breakfast was 1200 calories and each plate of pancakes was another 310. So 930 on top. 2130 calories. Give or take. Lol. I may be back in the gym later.

They're not to happy with me today. Ended up fasting since that meal. Will be in the gym shortly. Cardio and workout yesterday my recorded calories burned was 760. That meal was 2130. So my net calorie intake was 1370. Still under my target intake of 1700 to 2000.
