When you grill the whole zuc, do you rib it with oil and seasoning? I always split mine in half.

the zucchini gets split, lite olive oil salt and pepper, might season to match a meal ie. garlic and herb. curry. stuff like that

yesterdays meals.

20 gram protein
6 oz oatmeal with strawberries
6 oz salmon, roasted pineapple, snow peas jasmine rice

spent the evening at summerfest, so there are 3 beers and some crappy eating here...



did 45 min cardio on elliptical this morning
20 sit ups x 5
20 push ups x 5
3 x 2 min plank

yesterdays meals

20 gram protein
3 scrambled eggs with slice tomato and dry English muffin
2 oz almonds, apple, pear
6 oz tuna, 3 oz kidney beans with olive oil and onion, fresh salsa
6 oz chicken breast, grilled sweet potato with red chili oil and powdered jalepeno
carrots and celery raw
8 oz sirloin steak,3 small steamed red jackets, 4 oz asparagus
20 gram protein

did the circuit workout but just once through, had to be on the road for softball at 630 am

Coached my u14 team all weekend.. proud to say i avoided eating like shit by bringing my food.... not one hot dog or brat passed thru these lips!!!!

Yesterday
20 gram protien
Had english muffin dry. Cheddar cheese and an apple
Peanut butter and bannana
6 oz cold poached chicken.. grapes. Strawberries
4 oz canned tuna. Apple. Celery. Players looking at me like i was nuts but it turned into a good discussion of nutrition for atheletes

Chef salad w 4 oz ham. 3 oz cheddar. 2 boiled eggs. Spinach blend. Sinflower seeds 1 oz italuan dressing

Ill weigh in tomorrow picks on wednesday. Im on vacation but its a stay at home... need to be super diligent.

Todays
Seated militsry. 100 x 15. 125 x 10. 150 x 6 abd
Seated lat pulls 150 x 15. 175 x10. 200 x 6 abd
Front bb delt raise. 75 x 15. 90 x 10. 110 x 6. Abd
Bb shruggs. 90 x 15. 110 x 10. 150 x 6. Abd

Wifey called me back to bed.. was a good morning....

Yesterday

6 oz chicken breast. Sliced tomatoes. Cantaloupe
5 oz salmon.. spinach onion garlic. Jasmine rice
2 4 oz sirloin patties. Pickles. Tomato lettuce. Potato salad
4 miller lights. Half bag peanuts.

Company had a party at miller park. Extra inning game got us in late. All in all i kept it pretty clean except the beers. This morning stayed in bed with the wifey... i think she likes me ...
Or is it the hen????

Today will be doing yard fit... hand mow the lawn. About a hundred sets on the ladder cleaning the gutters. Using the mr. Miyagi method on all three cars... and mulching the back gardens

So today i turned 55. Been working in the yard. Hot and sweaty kinda day.. but. Not bad for an ole ........ now to work on my 56pack for next year..

Last night I went with the wife and had froyo with snickers and butterfinger and browine bites and MORE!!!!!! 1.6 pounds of sugary delite. My cheat for the month.

Keep up the good work my friend and keep up the food log, BTW what is powdered jalapeno and why do I not have this in my life?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday's meals

kinda sketchy while on vacation but this is the best effort I've made to get this done. I weighed in at 196.8 this am so still dropping... I wouldn't have believed I was so far away..

6 oz oatmeal, 1/2 pint raspberries
2 oz almonds and a banana
wifey made a strawberry kale smoothie with a low-fat yogurt base.. really wasn't bad
6 oz chicken, sliced tomatoes, romaine with lemon and olive oil
baby back ribs,(made them in slow cooker to remove as much fat as possible then finished on the grill, I ate mine without sauce) grilled sweet potatoes, cucumber asparagus salad, roasted red peppers
3 oz peanut butter in 20 gram protein shake

this am
30 min elyptical
3 2 min planks
roman chair knee ups 10 to each plane x 3

drove to the elderly aunt and uncles, weeded their garden, fixed a fence, spread mulch

Same basic pic.. done to 196.8. Getting closer.. arms show bi seperation. Forearms never more vascular and yet still fluffy in the middle....grrr
