Lower back pumps

Hello friends..I have been getting the worse lower back pumps lately never been so bad..All thats different is i started on 4 ius hgh about 3 weeks ago ..Is this common?

Test at 400 ..i recently bumped that up from 200 i run year round..Weidest thing i posted this at the gym while i was in locker room almost fukn fetaled..after 10 mins it went away i went back hit some bench ..Then went back to deads no back pump and pulled big weight..I guess i wasnt warmed up enough..im always quick to blame the gear lol..im holding 2s bro..but im all in ✌😆

Thanks for the reply ...anytime i squat has literaly taken me out of the squat game completely no matter what form i end up crippled...sometimes deads but not all the time..and also hyper is a sure way to do it

How has the water retention been lately? Your doses seem fine to me, but every one is different. When I retain water from test the pumps can get uncomfortable.

Use Taurine at 2 grams daily and Dandelion Root 1 gram daily (capsules). Should fix the back pumps (or at least improve a good bit).
