Biceps curls, hammer curls
Triceps kickbacks, triceps extensions
Frontal raises, reverse flys, shrugs
Chest press, pullovers
Deadlifts
Abs

Thank you GF, I usually get between 6 and 7 hours. You probably read in here that sometimes I wake up at 3:30 and do cardio.

That's what I did yesterday. Remember that I use light weights

I took it super easy today.
35 min fasted cardio (elliptical) followed by 100 push ups, 100 squats and 100 abs.

Physio helps. I have another session at 7pm.

I got up at 4am. I ran 4.5 kms (I tried to run a bit uphill) and worked the upper body.

Deadlifts
Biceps curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
Triceps kickbacks
Triceps extensions
Kettlebell swings
Reverse flys
When I got to work I added 100 dips and 100 push ups.

A double thank you GF! First for being there for me every day and second for saving the 15,000th for my log. You rock!

Guess what ... Like you the physiotherapist told me not to run every day but every other day.

I took it easy today.

30 min elliptical followed by 20 min stepper. 109 push ups, 100 dips, abs.

Nice work MG. I have found as I have gotten older, running every day is not really good for the body. I never feel like I fully recover for the next run. That is why I have moved it to every other day.

That's what I'm gonna do from now on.
