Standing overhead press 135x8x3 sets Db incline press 80x8x3 sets 3 board press 3 sec pause 185x5x3 sets -had to use the crappy bench where you start off at a half press Pull ups Bwx15 Bwx15 Bent over rows 185x8x3 sets Damn these long days are killing me, fortunetly still feeling strong |

Missed squat day weds...thankgod for sunday.
Deads 135x12 315x5 405x5 495x5 605x5 625x5 -meant to do 605 on my fifth, but glad i didnt apparently having sleep makes you stronger ( been getting on average 5 hrs of sleep, finally had some rest) Romans 225x10x4 sets Cable rows 160x10x3 sets Hanging leg raises X12 X11 X10 X8 |

Dude! That is impressive. Even at my strongest I never pulled 625 for 5 reps.

Its getting there! Def feeling more confident with these lifts. I think i was telling someone i may be done with staying at a certain bf % or even having goals to drop. Really enjoying eating and picking things up and putting them down.
Today was squats, tough for me having to do today being yesterday was deads...but had to be. Squats 135x12 315x8 365x8 365x8 455x2-goal was 3 but wow the 2nd didnt feel right Leg press 315x12 405x10 495x8 495x8 Leg extensions 60x24 Ham curls 110x26 Last edited by Treny24; 08-12-2017 at 07:01 PM. |

Monday
Bench 135x12 315x8x2 sets 375x2 goal was 3 but no spotter in sight, asked my gf to venture over (shes tiny and not familiar with any of this) Over head press 135x10 185x6 135x8 Db incline 80x8x2 sets 3 board press 3 sec pause 185x5x2 sets Lat pull downs 160x16 160x12 Bent over rows 225x8x2 sets I think i need to start eating more through out the day, going to take a look at my macros again, lately been having little endurance that i usually have on non work days. Either that or quit my career lol. |
