Its getting there! Def feeling more confident with these lifts. I think i was telling someone i may be done with staying at a certain bf % or even having goals to drop. Really enjoying eating and picking things up and putting them down.

Today was squats, tough for me having to do today being yesterday was deads...but had to be.

I think i need to start eating more through out the day, going to take a look at my macros again, lately been having little endurance that i usually have on non work days. Either that or quit my career lol.
