I do them all the time but I always use them on arm day, not on chest day. I shorten the range of motion and focus on the rear head of the tricep. But yes, I love reverse grip

Wrist wraps are an absolute must for this exercise. I wear them even with a light warm up.

my strongest days of benching came from when i used to do these. Cant do them now because of wrist issues.
