Weight gainers are sugar.. stay away from sugars. Eat super clean, no sugars, timely carbs (good carbs), don't eat after 6. Lots of cardio ..

Diet is the key to anything you do, Cardio will help alot... belly fat? it'll go over time.. keep on the diet and the cardio. The only magic bullet is a fat vacuum that the dr gives you. Other than that nothing will do it.
