**The cut and freaking 25 days in 100+ temps is really starting to mess with me. Joints are aching and lifts feel like they are sliding backwards...

Weekend was retarded. Little bro had to move to Houston(5hrs away) for law school. Because of some funding debaucle I find out that he has to be there Saturday. Left work at 6:30pm Friday packed all night, drove to Houston, unpacked, drove back to Dallas and then had to go to my niece's 1st b-day party. Finally went to bed at 930 Sat night after being up since 6:30 Friday morning. MAYO was a tired boy. MP's CEC stack is the only way I made it thru.

Nice work brother! My only concern is doing all those bench sets to failure without a spotter. I hope you are in some sort of rack.

Thanks GenFreak.....Hard to see you avi, but is that a Ranger setup? I can see the NVG mount, M4, carbon-fiber reinforced knuckles, and RBA.....looks very familiar

Sorry for the lapse in posts....had a nasty virus the last 4 days and haven't done anything but shake and puke....will post up again as soon as I'm able.

08/04
At work today my illness finally came to a peak. I vomited about 1 1/2 gallons of fluid(all I was able to ingest today) and collapsed on the floor. Strangely enough, about 30 minutes later I felt great. My fever subsided, my appetite was back and I felt good. Treated myself to chicken fingers and fries in an attempt to get as many calories and grams protein down as possible. Decided to go to the gym as well.....not so good. Went in to do back and got into working sets on deads. Lifted pretty well considering, but after the 3rd set I got a waves of cramps followed by a blackout of vision and hit the floor. My friend came over and helped me up. I put my weights up and went and sat in my truck for a while in the AC. Went hoemand slept it off. Gonna eat heavy all day today and try again tonight. Deads: 10 x 135 10 x 225 10 x 315 6 x 405 8 x 405 8 x 405 -out- |
