I did chest/back yesterday. I think I will go back to working out EOD

what about chest and tris light shoulders

then back and bis light shoulders?

I really do not know. I just really like working chest with tris as tris get so much work with the chest anyway and same with back and bis.

I like the push/pull (chest/back) workout but the split that a Canadian moderator proposed is interesting. I did shoulders and arms earlier and it was tough. I was fried.

Knee feels slightly better, progress is super slow but I will get there .. eventually. Now that I'm almost retired I have all the time I need.

I had been working out at home for years now doing mostly fasted cardio and light weights. All my strength is gone. I have to rebuild some lean muscle mass but it is not easy for someone my age ....

You're right GF. Being able to do the elliptical again was already a big step, the next one being the stationary bike. I also bought one of those stupid sets of pedals that elderly use and believe it or not I can do full rotations. I also joined a gym and work out EOD and do a bit of legs (seated leg curls with a light weight).
