My favorite Protein Shake recipe right now

Been doing this for a few months now, and it is damn good, and simple to make

1) I blend 1/2 cup of oats in my Nutribullet into a powder, then I add 2 Tablespoons of Flax Mill to it and blends that with the oats powder. Then set aside.

2) In a Shaker bottle, I add the following:

-8oz Almond Milk (mainly for flavor/texture over just water)

-2 scoops TrueNutrition's Salted Carmel Whey Isolate

-The oat/flax mixture

-A shot of Torani's Classic Caramel coffee flavoring

-and then I fill the rest of the shaker bottle to the top with water.


3) Shake, and then put into the fridge for the next day. The Torani flavoring puts this over the top. I like my shakes more on the sweet side. The oats give it a good flavor. The flax will thicken the mixture, so that's why I add the extra water.

Sounds like a damn desert! And I have a sweet tooth. Good post man. How does that protein mix up?

I always use a shaker, and it mixes well. I always make mine the night prior.

I also use the same recipe but exchange for cookies and cream whey and also c&c coffee creamer, and it's bomb!

My shakes suck. I blend up veggie sprouts with my vanilla powder and chug it fast because it tastes so bad. HAHA

I need to treat myself with a good shake
