Oral Testosterone Undecanoate

Looks like a company called Lipocine is getting this drug through trials and will be coming to market in the next couple years or maybe sooner. (Did not go deep in research)

It is not methylated from what I read and will not raise liver enzymes.

TLANDO™ (Oral Test UD) Thats an oral with a 12 day half life. I did not read everything but I assume it will be liposomal in nature hence the name of the company, Lipocine.

Then they have another drug called TLANDO XR (LPCN 1111) which is a prodrug and will be metabolized into testosterone in the liver (I assume). It is a once daily pill that I guess will allow a more natural test cycle in the body. Natty test is highest in the morning and wanes as the day progresses. This drug would mimic that.

So, what do you think? Pinning is just not a real big deal after the thousands of times I have done it. Honestly now that I do sub-q pins of my TRT to my stomach it makes it even easier. i will assume this will be EXPENSIVE! but grey market clones will come out and we shall see. Interesting stuff.

Oh, note the FDA rejected the first NDA. Lipocine resubmitted it after taking a BEATING in the stock market. Hell if I knew it was going to be approved this time I would buy up a BUNCH of stock in the company as it will soar. But the FDA is VERY picky when it comes to TRT related drugs. If they are approved for even 1 of these I bet the profit margin will double.

Like you said at this point pinning just seems to be normal, but I cannot say I am not intrigued.

Oral TU is next to worthless. It has been around for awhile under various names, most notably Andriol back in the day. It has such terrible absorption, I doubt most people would even feel anything, and for most people who has been 'on' something and switching over to Oral TU, it will be even more disappointing. Maybe somebody who has low Test levels and has not been on any AAS for a long-while may feel the slight increase it will give. This said, IIRC, it used to be in 40mg capsules or tabs, and I think you need to take quite a bit.

I also remember reading awhile back that it was temperature sensitive....but I am not sure if that was pertinent or not.

I'd rather take oral Primobolan that TU, lol.

^^ this. I remember this stuff years ago. I think you had to take 250 mg a day or something. As far as the new pro-hormone thing, sounds interesting.

Yes but this is in a liposomal matrix which will make it bioavailable. That is the trick that makes this different.

Mimicking the natural ebbs and flows of testosterone is the key and something that can't be done with injectables. I would think this is promising for the average male looking for TRT as well as for docs.

Will be interesting to see where it goes.

Oral TU needs to be taken with fats to help absorption. Still, really not a good product.

Andriol was the first thing that came to mind when I was reading this as well. I am curious to see how this plays out though

Yeah I’m curious about this too. Hopefully it’ll be better then Andriol.
