I never did hip thrusts .... not sure I’d be able to do them.

I had every intention of hitting the gym today, but I had to shovel snow out of the driveway. It took me over an hour of non-stop shoveling to get it all. I was dripping in sweat even though it was 14 F. I figure that was a good enough workout.

Shovelling is good cardio. No need to hit the gym afterwards.

Today's workout was cut short. My neck tightened up bad enough it gave me a migraine. I took a Flexeril, so hopefully it gets better soon.

Reverse grip bench 1x15, 3x10, 275 lbs x 13/2 (15 second rest between my last two sets. I think I could have gotten a couple more reps, but I had a bad grip.)
Decline dumbbell fly stretch 2x60 seconds
One arm dumbbell snatch 3x10, 100 lbs x 10/5 (Rest was only through the other arm's set.)
Inversion table 5 minutes

My neck is still bugging me a bit, but I was still able to get in a good workout without making it worse.

Box squats 4x10, 395 lbs x 14/4 (15 second rest/pause between two working sets)
Double quad stretch 60 seconds
Single quad stretch 30 seconds
Bench dips 3x15, 135 lbs x 20/10 (15 second rest/pause between two working sets)
Band tricep stretch 2x30 seconds
Hammer curls 4x10, 75 lbs x 15/6 (15 second rest/pause between two working sets)
Band bicep stretch 2x30 seconds

Bench was better today than last bench day, but still not as good as it has been. Not sure what the problem is other than I am down about 10 lbs.

Bench press 2x15, 2x10, 365 lbs x 9/3 (15 second rest/pause between working sets)
Pullover stretch 2x60 seconds
Weighted pull-ups 4x10, BW+45 lbs x 14/4 (15 second rest/pause between working sets)
Hanging lat stretch 2x60 seconds
Dumbbell military press 3x10, 60 lbs x 20/8 (15 second rest/pause between working sets. The weight is too light, but I cannot add anymore weight to the dumbbell bars.)
Behind the back shoulder stretch 2x45 seconds (
