Whole milk for kids=lower chance of obesity
I found this interesting. In a nutshell, kids who drink whole milk have a 40% lower chance of obesity than those who drink low/non fat milk.
They say they do not know why but I have a hypothesis. Dr. Jipped: Lowfat/non fat milks have concentrated lactose because of less fat to dilute. Lactose is a sugar. 1. Equal calories from fat or sugar in most context, the sugar person will gain more fat. 2. Gut microbiome will "crave" sugar using neurons in the gut to communicate to the brain through the vagus nerve that it wants more sugar. 3. Fat slows digestion of what lactose is in the whole milk so less spike of transportation hormones (Insulin ect.) that move carbs/fat where they go......fat to fat cells, excess carbs to the liver to be turned to fat and thereafter transported to fat cells or stored as fat in the liver. More lactose=more insulin=more stored fat. I think I am pretty close. Ugh, I just typed out a book as I thought your title read that kids who drank whole milk were more prone to being overweight...UGH! LMAO.
I think the added fat is more satiating to the kids and causes them to want to eat less. So eating less = less calories consumed daily, and over the long haul, it probably reflects less weight gain. However, if they ate 1000 calories for both lower fat milk groups and whole fat milk groups + 16-32 oz of the milks....then the whole fat milk will probably yield more weight gain due to extra calories. I should probably just click on the link to see what was written...lol.

the CLA in whole milk helps;
my cousin who is a hospital nutritionist cannot understand that; she only drinks 0% at her house and everyone gained gazillion lbs but when she comes to my house she sure like to jug the 4% organic milk ![]()

Whole milk is the only milk that anyone should drink. Does that shit come out as 2% or non-fat out of the tittie? Nope.

Promised land chocolate milk is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! It is pricey but wirth it. Oh you like strawberry? Their strawberry milk is out of this world.

I drink fairlife fat free milk. If I was a young guy who didn’t have to worry about extra calories I would hit both the chocolate and strawberry.

Best damn chocolate milk on the planet! I'll devour some of those "protein" chocolate chip cookies with a bottle of fairlife chocolate milk.
