I didn't do AM cardio, but stopped and weighed. 270.0. I think the last AM weight I took was 276 a couple weeks ago, so I'm on the right track.

I skipped my shoulder workout. Pretty useless to me right now, as I'm so limited and I want to do exercises that are gonna get my heart rate going and burn some fat. Went to the legs.

Leg extensions
180/10
195/8
210/6
165/15

Bodyweight squats
20

Bench squats
185/6x6

Calves
3 heavier sets on the leg press machine

As far as high fat, moderate protein vs high protein, moderate fat, I'm not sure I see a lot of difference. I see more difference when I'm running clen/t3. I hadn't run the last couple weeks, and started again this past Monday, and I'm seeing progress again.

I didn't log my diet this weekend, but stayed on it without cheats. Work has been tough lately. There's something there every day... donuts, cake, candy bars, they even brought in pizza twice last week. I've been able to stay away from it all, and seeing some progress will help keep me away from it.

Since low carb vs true keto doesn't seem to matter too much in my progress, I will likely up the protein some, as the animal protein seems to keep me satiated longer.

staying on point while everyone else is feasting on crap is always a tough place to be... it's a testament to your commitment that you passed them up... good on you!!!

True keto makes a difference when you are single digit body fat. You should lose weight if you are eating clean with the right macros.

I had a headache lingering tonight so I passed on legs and did 30 minutes inclined on the treadmill. Followed that with a light arms pump workout.
