Wife works all the DAMN ....ING TIME. No reason to be home and my friends are at the gym. I workout and have 25 yr old girls that want me. That is my motivation plus I want to step on stage next year as a BIG MOFO!!!!!!

Yeah I am, My numbers look good and are stabilized at 800-900 ng/dl last time I saw my doc. He said my SHBG is high. I asked what we do about it and he told me to take fish oil and magnesium, which I already do.

He is not the best doc but he is the cheapest and is the only way I can afford TRT as my insurance won't cover it unless I am grossly low.

I come off in the early spring for a couple months and when I go back on my sex drive is through the roof and slowly wains.

Tips?


Vandoo, I am out in the sun doing inspections during the day. I am getting the UV. (although it has been cloudy and rainy a lot lately)

You have to know what's best for you but if that was me I would be upping my test slightly until my sex drive was where it should be. Test is very cheap (without a prescription). I'd also add 2iu of HGH a day. Help with fat-loss and increase muscle mass. I bet in a couple months you'd feel 20 again!

I agree. Adding hgh is a staple in hrt for me and I can drive nails with this freaking thing.

Change gyms, change lifting routines or even training styles altogether, change the time of day you're hitting the gym, basically, change variables until you find that inner spark again. I would say load up on caffeine but if you're lifting at 6pm that's probably not an option.

Everything else that’s already been said.

The only thing I want to add - custom clothing.

In the beginning, I was buying custom shirts/pants/suits because nothing (and I mean nothing) fit me off the rack. It started small, but the response I get from wearing well-fitting clothes is worth it.

Now, I have a small closet of custom shirts/pants/suits, and when the weight starts packing on, the clothes show it.

It’s not the only thing, it just serves as an unintended check/balance. If I commit to buying custom clothes, then I better to commit to me....if that makes sense

Hey Chadd. Have never tried hgh. Too expensive. Does it REALLY add that much benefit? Especially to a guy that's age 59? I can't believe how much getting back on TRT PLUS has done for me. I used to feel aches and pains just getting up out of a chair. Now I spring up like I'm 40 years old again!

I've come to the conclusion that quality of life is much more important than quantity of life. I know that being "on" has had an impact on me health wise. But I literally don't give a shit anymore.

HGH allows me to run low doses of test and still make gains. It was a game changer for me when I added it a couple years back. Thing is, most people jump on it and want to see results right away. You have to give it 5-6 months before you start seeing the benefits. I run 3.33iu a day but I would think 2 or 2.5iu would be very beneficial for you.
