OHHHHH that Korean BBQ looks tasty! Could I just use baby backs? Also I would need to cut them down to fit in the crockpot. Would it hurt the texture or flavor if I stacked the ribs? I have never done ribs in the crockpot. Only on my smoker.

I do baby backs all the time, trick is to pull and dry them. So when they are tender pull them out. make the sauce as directed. Use about 1/3 the sauce to coat the dry ribs, then grill them on medium heat till the sauce caramelizes on the ribs (careful high sugar content means quick burning)

yes I do... but your looking for a sweet spot... there is a 30 min window where the meat is tender but the linkage to the bone is still intact.... sometimes even I let them go too long... but in that case whats the worst thing? you have to eat boneless ribs.... when they fall off the bone I let them air dry for 15 min, they firm back up and then you can turn them on the grill to finish them... Try it Jipped... nothing to loose

I'm going to have to try that korean bbq rib recipe.

I do a pretty simple and kick azz bolgogi that I have been trying to fine tune over the years to replicate a specific taste from my favorite restaurant in an old south korean village. Old mamasan served up a big plate of heaven, lol.
