which belt?

I have a home gym with no trainer. It was all good till last week during weightlifting I think I got a slip disc. My back hurts. Should I use [url]https://tenthsports.co.za/product-category/gym-fitness/weight lifting belt[/url] to avoid such situation?

How about introducing yourself first then post an advertisement so you don't get banned for not following the rules.

But, yes you should wear a belt on your heavier lifts.

Yes, if you are lifting more than your back can handle you should wear a belt.

Or maybe you should get a proper diagnosis
If it is a herniated disc, then lifting would be something you want to avoid for awhile.
I would consult a qualified medical professional to determine a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Never take back pain lightly.
