I have injected with MCT oil before and never had any welts, but there is more inflammation. I will generally carry a little extra water when using any gear with MCT oil in it.

Guestimate around 300g ed. I do a ON whey drink of 50g after working out and before going to sleep at night. So there's 100. Then I usually eat about 1.5 lbs of meat or chicken per day divided over 3 meals, so that's around 150g. Throw in the 5 whole eggs, toast and bacon/sausage for breakfast, and a cottage cheese & nuts snack at night, so yeah, prolly around 300.

I never count grams of protein. I also have to watch how much I eat or I start to put on mass. I have the opposite prob you fellas do. I want to stay thinner and faster mass slows me down and uses O2.
I say that to say that I may have 60-100 grams a day from all sources.
