I have injected with MCT oil before and never had any welts, but there is more inflammation. I will generally carry a little extra water when using any gear with MCT oil in it.

Guestimate around 300g ed. I do a ON whey drink of 50g after working out and before going to sleep at night. So there's 100. Then I usually eat about 1.5 lbs of meat or chicken per day divided over 3 meals, so that's around 150g. Throw in the 5 whole eggs, toast and bacon/sausage for breakfast, and a cottage cheese & nuts snack at night, so yeah, prolly around 300.

Once I cut out all of my hidden sources of corn, my stomach/gut is completely flat, and I hardly have any gas anymore. I'm also reactive to about four or five grains, and I was so glad cauliflower was on the list, because I hate that shit. I only wish carrots were on there, too. MRT panel is different than IgE or IgG tests, which is being popularized by places like Everly Well.
I did get a food sensitivity test but half the foods I love. Lol. Like peanuts. I eat PBJs for lunch almost every day. Lol. I think milk was on there too and I love milk in my protein shakes and cereal. I do use lactaid milk though. I don’t really have any digestion issues other than maybe some gas. And the bloated stomach. But never any pain or discomfort.

I never count grams of protein. I also have to watch how much I eat or I start to put on mass. I have the opposite prob you fellas do. I want to stay thinner and faster mass slows me down and uses O2.

I say that to say that I may have 60-100 grams a day from all sources.
