Thanks fellas! I saw a video of Stan efferding taking Chad Wesley Smith through some 20 rep squat sets recently. I think I'll try to improve the 15 over the next few sessions. I was pretty gassed on the last one, had to take a couple pauses for air, but got it done.

I'm taking a diet break for a while. I've been trying to drop the weight below 255, but I can't get it there. I threw a lot at it the last two weeks and had a whole lot of being sore and exhausted to show for it. I'm thinking about 7-10 days. I'll continue to train during this time. I'm actually excited to see if I can make a few gains.

Thinking about the weight loss over the last few years, I was unwittingly taking breaks. They were much longer than what I'm planning, but perhaps they helped keep me fresh.
