He had an open invitation to come and stay with me zero rent, he knew it...he was a proud man, and struggled with addiction issues at times...along with balancing his training and AS usage based on present health.

Same here Trip, I had offered to run down and pick him up and he wouldn't. He was only an hour and a half drive from me. I was always going to StL to play and have fun. Miss him, he was a great dude.

All of that soon passes as I think of our conversations and some of his actions here and I smile...

I know a lot of us older guys pop in and out every once in a while. I wonder the same thing. How many of the guys that I met back in the late 90s are gone now? I think that Gearedup was the first guy that I knew that bit the dust from the boards. I was in shock. When I was in my teens he was like the big cheese. He knew a million times more about a million times more things than I did and the thought of him dying never crossed my mind. You develop an admiration for some of these peoples knowledge and you don't think that they might not be able to stay away from bad habits or have mental health issues. Its rough.
