So if you like pancakes

I like Bass's protein pancake recipe. It is good but the texture and taste is not traditional pancake.

So I tried Kodiak protein pancake mix from the grocery store. It has no enriched white flour and the grain in it is all 100% whole wheat and oat grain. I follow the directions fairly close but add an extra egg and some whey powder (about 20 grams worth 1 scoop)

This stuff is GOOD! tastes almost like a regular pancake from ihop (Been years but I remember them)

I used this wacky contraption to make em. My wife got it for me for xmas and I just used it. Works GREAT. No mess just put the ingredients in it and shake. It pours perfectly with a little squeeze so no drips all over the place. Easy to clean too, I filled with water and shook and dumped it then water and dish soap. Shook, rinsed and dried. Way easier than using big bowls and a whisk.

Thought I would share a nice fairly low GI carb pancakes with decent protein and tastes good. Did I mention 5 grams of fiber? Good for the ole gut.

DGraves is on a distinguished road
I use protein for baked goods and desserts too, it tastes great. I used to buy special ready-made mixes, but to be honest, I don't really like them. It's better to make everything by myself.

TRIP! WE ARE FRIENDS BRO! HOW CAN YOU HATE PANCAKES!

I am a pancake fiend. Just thinking of them makes me crave them like a hippie craves dope.

You need good pancakes. Not those Denny's ones. Real home made blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes.

I'm with ya on the pancakes. My wife and kids love them. I like a big thick fresh made waffle with a slight crunch on the outside.

I use Kodiak's oatmeal pwer cups all the time. A couple of those(the falvors with 14g protein) with a serving of PBfit is an awesome preworkout, reg meal, or dessert
