I do L-carnitine, noopept, choline bitartrate, and if I workout in the morn adrafinil.

Adrafinil is a stim but like modafinil it will get you amped with BP probs

I have not taken either of those but the only time I've noticed any stim like effects or BP increase with flmodafinil is when I first started using it and I was trying to find my sweet spot. I had to learn that just an extra mg or two can make a noticable difference. I started at 25mg and it was good. Bumped to 30 still good. Figured wth, let's try 50. Nope. I was up all night, felt anxious most the day. Now that I've been using it awhile, 30-40mg depending on when I take it or how mentally and physically beat down I am, is perfect. Stuff really is damn near miraculous and inexpensive; about 250 doses for less than $60.

Oh yeah, it must have a synergistic effect with caffeine because if I have just a small amount of caffeine mid day; maybe 50mg (small squeeze of mio energy in my water) it's like a turbo boost. Typically that would be unnoticeable to me.

Pre JYM is quite expensive but worth the results it will bring. It is far more effective and result oriented and the best tasting pre-workout I have ever used.
