I concur, laying around taking GH will do little for you but I myself don't even work out and it IS helping me
However I was on 0 iu's for the vast majority of my 38 years of training and did acquire a solid 14" bicep

Using them at the same time LJ? What is your regiment and dosages. I just got a bunch of Saizen and Research grade LR3. I would love some insight on how you went about the cycle.

HGH was once a day in the am (5iu)
IGFL3 was pre-workout about an hour before - insane pumps - injected it in the muscle I was doing and sometime subq

50-100mcg of IGF-1 Lr3 divided into 1-2 bilateral administrations in 2-5 different areas of the muscles approximately 5-7 days a week – intramuscular injections.

I switched the dose to once a day, in the am. How long do you recommend until I up th dose LJ and how much? I don’t want to go too fast as I am afraid of sides, of course this is good stuff and not that cheap shit I was running.
