That squat Shark is awesome. A lot of the older guys use it. I'm having hip issues so I've laid off a bit. Doing sections and ham curls.

Today was just a junk day.

Bicep curl. DB

10 x 12
15 x 12
20 x 12
25 x 12
30 x 12

Rope push down

60 x 4 sets of 15

Leg extensions

80 x 4 sets of 12

Hamstring curls seated

100 x 4 sets of 12

Calf raises

160 x 4 sets of 12

EZ curl bar

90 x 4 sets of 12

Triceps push down

100 x 4 sets of 12

Then to the bar. 20 hot wings big glass of ice water.

Last week I finally got 3 workouts in. That has not happened in a year.

Today was shoulders. Going with volume now.

Lateral raises

10 x 20
15 x 15
20 x 12

DB presses

25 x 20
30 x 15
35 x 12

Rears

20 x 20
25 x 15
30 x 10

Face pulls (rope)

80 x 3 sets of 15

Incline bench

135 x 3 sets of 12

Reverse cable flies

50 x 3 sets of 12

Rope push down

90 x 3 sets of 15

Cable crossover high

50 x 3 sets of 12

Cable crossover low

30 x 3 sets of 12

Went and signed up for tanning.

Thinking it's time to add in cardio. Will most likely be a rower.
