Man I love your articles, I call it articles because I always learn something from it. Now from my past experience, stopping cycle cold turkey has gotten me sick, especially after cutter. I just started sust deca cycle 3 weeks ago and will be going down to 140mg/week and do only bodyweight stuff. Cant squat since theres no gym so perhaps its time to start jogging.

I've been doing 10-20 sets of weights just about every day since the 16th and some kind of cardio either biking, walking or tree judo most days. I'm still up about 5 lbs of blubber. AS far as hormonal support, I'm doing 50 mg test C T, Th, Su and 300 mcg GHRP2 just about EOD with a time bit of hCG in once a week or so. Interesting that I can feel the hormones pretty good when they go in. It's tempting to crank things up but would not be productive.

People are popping up COVID 19 positive around me now here and there and some folks I know out of state. NY is my home state and my brother volunteered to do phone triage for the testing. Shit it hitting the fan thre. It's basically 1/370 in NYC have it now based on verified positives and it's getting a lot worse. People are leaving the city and a lot of them headed to FLA. Expect to see some seeding that would pop up in about 2 weeks.

Astoundingly my gym is still open. They only allow 10 people in at a time and you have to schedule your 45 min training session in advance. Only 10 people can schedule for each 1 hour block. The 1 hour block includes 45 min workout, then they kick everyone out and do a quick 15 min clean/wipedown of equipment before the next group comes in.

It's a huge pain in the ass but honestly I'm grateful my gym is willing to do these things to remain open for us. I should tip the guy at the front desk.

I dropped everything but test til I get back in the gym - and I am resting - haven't taken time off from the gym in years even though I know better and should schedule a week or two off here and there
food seems to self regulate my appetite drops when I don't train

I would advise to get outside and do something outside the house where you are not interacting with people face to face. But if you don't do something, walk, bike, chop wood, walk the property, make a path.. whatever, you will get loopy and even depressed. Now would also be a good time to have a woman who likes to have sex with her man. Worst thing would be to sty in the house and let depression and paranoia seep in. Stay strong peoples.
