Low Carb Flax & Whey Protein Pancakes
Ingrediants
¼ cup of true protein (use basskiller for 5% discount) vanilla whey protein powder ¼ cup of liquid egg whites 1/8 cup of almond milk 1 tbsp coconut flour 3/8 cup of milled flaxseed 1 tsp Toffee Flavdrops Directions Blend all ingredients together. Add some low-calorie cooking spray or coconut oil to a nonstick pan and turn the heat on high. Pour your batter onto the pan and turn the heat to medium. Once bubbles have begun to appear on the pancakes’ surface, flip them. Top with maple syrup, low-calorie pancake syrup, nut butter, and/or fruit! Macros (per ½ stack): – 224 calories – 22g protein – 13g fat – 2g carbs

I tried a similar recipe, it is not like real pancakes but still good with some cary's sugar free syrup on them and a pat of butter

It's good that I found this forum and this recipe because I'm already tired of coming up with new things. I love anything related to baking, especially if it's healthy. Thanks for your recipe and the calorie count.
