CBC question

My hemoglobin is a bit on the low side but my RDW is always higher than the average range. I read that it could possibly be an indicator of future heart failure. On the other hand I read that it could be anemia due to iron or vitamin deficiency.
Does anyone have any feedback to offer. Am I paying too much attention to it?
All the other numbers are in the normal range. I can post up my CBC results if it helps.

I think I answered this a week ago but maybe my browser locked up.

Your results look good. RDW is high but that is common in androgen users. It basically me3ans you are making blood cells at a little faster rate than normal so the deviation in size is a little bit higher than seen in the general population.

No problem.
Is that anything to worry about? Should I do anything or take anything to help?
