Maintenance for now. As soon as I get my shoulder/neck fixed and can train properly the plan is to shrink significantly. My walk around weight is 295 but I wouldn’t mind leaning out more than that. I’m not competitive anymore so I don’t need the weight
|

Dang.. big dude. The smart ones drop some weight at some point later in life. I'm a much smaller dude but down about 30 lbs from my peak and my vitals are way better and feel better. Also feel more athletic than I would at 59 years of age than I would if I was holding that additional 30 lbs. Still it's tempting to put it back on especially when my back and knees feel good enough to hit heavy compounds harder and the mass starts coming back.
